Greg entered the online marketing world in 2001 when SEO (Search Engine Optimization) was still in its infancy. As the Director of Internet Marketing for a national manufacturer of misting systems, he conceptualized and implemented an SEO strategy that significantly increased rankings across the board, and tripled their revenue within the first year.
During his tenure as Director of SEO Services for Web.com Search Agency, oversaw a team of link builders, content writers and SEO engineers. He also conducted SEO training for the Account Management and Sales Teams.
He refined the SEO protocol for both on-page and off-page elements for the company as a whole, and created workflows for the staff to follow for all clients. He was also instrumental in the development and testing of the Facebook services offering for Web.com.
During his 20+ years in the space, he has continued to add to and evolve his web marketing skill set.
Greg is Google Analytics certified and has a passion for digging deep to find the root cause of any issue. High-level agencies such as Web.com and iAcquire have utilized his talents on such accounts as Conan O’Brien’s TeamCoco.com, Break.com, John Assaraf (from the movie “The Secret”), LifeLock, and DriveTime amongst others.
His experience with large accounts as well as being a hands-on business owner himself makes him uniquely qualified to work with budgets, businesses, and clients of all sizes. When he’s not solving the mysteries of the SEO universe, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, as well as writing/recording music, playing the drums, piano, guitar, and has become quite proficient at grilling and smoking food.
